What We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Tradie information: name, mobile number, trade, knowledge base content (service areas, working hours, etc.)
- Caller information: name, phone number, job description, address or suburb, and time preferences (as provided during the AI call)
- Usage data: call counts, timestamps, and booking requests
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not record or store audio from calls
- We do not store full conversation transcripts beyond what is needed for the SMS summary
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate the Frontmate service: answering calls, sending SMS summaries, generating reports, and processing payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage
Data is stored on servers located in Australia. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Third-Party Services
We use Twilio (telecommunications), Deepgram (speech-to-text), Anthropic (AI), OpenAI (text-to-speech), and Stripe (payments). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an SMS with the word DELETE to the Frontmate number. We will process your request within 7 business days.
